Last week Heart wedding was booked by an amazing couple who live in kidderminster, their wedding date is 25th August 2012. Jessica visited our web site after being  recommended by a friend. We where invited along the Jessica's home to present our work, we all got on really well and Jessica and her future husband Chris decided to reserve their date.
The venue is Beau Castle in Bewdley a fantastic period mansion which enjoys stunning views over long bank and the river Severn. we are really excited to be sharing their date and capturing some great moments.

Katie Doak, Before and after shoot

Katie Doak certainly felt at home during her before and after photo shoot on Saturday, the mail object is to demonstrate to our clients that you can enjoy a fabulous photo shoot in the comfort of their own home, or maybe a location of their choice.

Our clients have said that they feel much more at ease and relaxed which in turn goes on to produce great photographs. 

Our Perfect Bride Steals the show again

Saturday started a little overcast with the threat of shows looming, so it was inside to take some shots of Michele's girls, the day turned our to be a great journey of discovery. the light was changing constantly but we managed to achieve some great shots in various parts of the house. all the pictures are taken using natural light, with the odd use of a lowel ID for backlight. some of the locations where very dark resulting in high iso settings, however I do like some of the grain achieved. All the make up was created by Michelle Clarke Graham, owner and founder of 'Our Perfect Bride" The shot below is the stunning Rachael Louise Perry. Rachael has recently graduated from Keel University and will be working in criminal law. We all wish her all the success for the future.

The Wedding Community 
Back in May, gosh seems so long ago, Heart wedding was asked by the wedding community to supply one of my images from a recent wedding that was held at the Aviator Hotel in Farnborogh, The hotel is situated very close the airport just outside the town centre. The Aviator hotel its self is quite spectacular, and a sensational venue for a wedding. Photography here is challenging as once your inside the ambient light is very low, so loads of iso required, My sincere thanks go to Helen and Darren and of course all of their wonderful friends and family, this was a wonderful day. I must admit I was complete drained by the time we had driven back home, but well worth it. My thanks also to my partner in crime Nigel Pullen, Thanks Nigel.

Kate Holmes, the shot that nearly got away

Kate & Dan Holmes have ask me to design their wedding album creating a story from the images of the day. More recently I find that clients prefer me to design their wedding album without the clients having to choose images for themselves, of course when the proofs are presented to the clients may adjust one or two images but that fine, one of the key benefits here is my clients enjoy the experience, anticipation and excitement of what the album will look like, and of course saving them time. The above image was created with influence from the ice society.

Heart Wedding Advert for the "I Will Magazine Autumn 2011

Hi everyone, this is my first draft for my Autumn 2011 Spring 2012  "I WILL" Magazine, my main thoughts were to keep it clean and to the point, the image features Mrs Kate Holmes, I was very fortunate to shoot her wedding in beautiful South Wales, The shot was taken in the grounds of Aberglasney Gardens, Kate chose this venue for her bridal portraits. If you ever get the chance to visit the house and gardens they are stunning. For photographers the best light is under the house portico, and the garden archways. for group shots, in front of the house ( Light permitting) or at the top garden, this has a gorgeous panoramic view of the house in the background. Also a great location for pre-wed shoots.
